local offices, - Centre, Castilla y Leon, Balearic Islands,
and Pais Vasco- and are planning on opening new offices in Andalucía and the
Spanish east coast.

different services that the Group of companies needs in order to successfully
complete their projects, being in charge of the selection, analysis, negotiation,
and purchase of terrain, development of town planning, product design and
technical development, license development, marketing and after-sales, as well
as all the different activities that complete the value chain of real estate
promotion market, assuming an important compromise with the quality of both
design and execution as well as in its relations with clients.
