Through the following registration
form, the user of PROINLASA’s Website expressly allows all Personal Data to be
collected and incorporated by PROINLASA in its respective automated files, the
company being responsible of such files. Thus, the user expressly agrees to
make a concession of that data among partnerships of the Group. According to
the standards, these files are registered by PROINLASA in Spain’s Central
Registration of Data Protection.
Users have the rights of
access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition, as well as the right to be
informed of all fulfilled concessions, according to the Personal Data. The
user, or his legal representative, will be allowed to take advantage of these
rights through application addressed to Proinlasa by certified mail with
acknowledged receipt, where the request is specified and a copy of the ID is
